It seems like a mess, but it's not that bad:
- Bosses are blue
- NPCs are purple
- Monsters I know (confirmed) are in green.
- My doubts are in red.

Hi,zaramot.This script is really helpful.
I found the firelink shrine model but there is a problem with the bottom part of it.Its all twisted.The twisted part[high light] should be stairs.

Like all games, you need unpack general archive and included archives, like ds1 - general archive, 2 under-archive - with skeleton and mesh, and texture archive
Then import midels with script in 3ds max

No, no any updates or fixes. Completely abandoned those games (and many others xD). Anyone, feel free to continue research, update mine or create new scripts/tools!

I would just have one request and then I'll leave you in peace. Do you have your last script? You said you had disconnected the skins and the skeleton. Could you reactivate it again? Or at least tell me how can I do it?

Script doesnt support multiple uv channels i see,maps have lightmaps in first uv channel and texture on second i think,but second channel is messed up. Someone can help with that? Im really want to import hollow arenas and thats why i cant rip it from game with ninja ripper. Or maybe someone know way to rip it?

NinjaRipper works fine with DarkSouls 3, even in online.
If you are afraid of being softbanned, create new account, family share games, play on newly created acc (yeah you have to play through to unlock arena, or just use existing saves, copy them into other user's folders).
I've ripped several times and what comes to level geometry, it is ripped pretty nicely. Though you have to align uv scale down to smth like 0.00049 or so.

Thanks,but i dont have steam copy of game,because im playing in ds3 on ps4 and dont want to buy it on steam too,and download pirate copy just for content extracting. Maybe you can help? I think i can teleport to this arena with trainer,but i need coordinates of it.I need only round plaza arena.

Heya Guys can som one explain to me why the 3dsmax importer script imports the mesh and the bones but no texture/material?. im using 3ds max 2017
