looks like zaramot's solution, with the bones hierarchy unsolved?

It is. Had to assign matIDs manually to match UV coordinate seams.

Ty for trying but couldn't load your max2013 version of the file neither with 3dsmax2013, 32 bit nor 64 bit
It says: "was saved by a newer version of 3ds Max and cannot be loaded."
(maybe a PC problem, it's very old, hope Santa is merciful sending me a new one... Santa, ... ,hello??).

But don't bother.

I gave the bones hierarchy problem another try.

Looked like left hand fingerbones have to be ordered like this (with their order in the file "BoneIDs" 18,19,20,...,31.32 ignored):

(problem to be solved: Thumb1_L, Index1_L should have Bone_BM_Hand_L as a parent)

I would take the #(xxx) parenting numbers as a guideline only and with

chose the ids like this for example

20 - Bone_BM_Finger_Thumb3_L 19

(You also could try to order them alphabetically which might work faster.)

Thanks for your work on the bones hierarchy. I guess the *.anm files are pretty useless.
