The hair is a separate mesh, maybe that's why. At least the body UVs are intact.

Model itself looks amazing! Is it really just a pure luck hit or miss with the vehicles though?

EDIT: Yeah, I'm pretty sure the hair uses a separate texture. At least Wei's does.

Well, I hope you can get that sorted out. The wheels are missing because they're stored in a different .perm.bin file.

And by the way, your program seems to be creating .obj files all right, but they're completely empty. Or am I just doing something wrong?

I didn't change anything, I just loaded the very first .perm.bin from Characters_New and it gave me this.

It must be my computer again, other people are saying it works fine.

Say, will you continue working on this? I know that you're doing this out of good will and on your own time, but I really want to get as much done as possible.
Who knows when another person with programming experience will take notice of this game?

EDIT: And by the way, I've tried running the program on Windows 8, and even on Windows 7 and XP virtual machines, it still produces 0 kb files no matter what. Does it require any special libraries or anything?

On every model? Or some models? Then could you please give me a model name? (But keep in mind I only can check the models from your 9.87 MB samples zip.)

If it's on every model then I'd like to know if anyone else having this problem.

And 'no' it doesn't require any special library.

Oh well, I already got someone that I can send bins to and they can convert them for me.

The Bisai is the smallest four-wheeled vehicle in the game, I'm not sure what else to say.
