Ok, we have a new converter. This should work with non-convertible models.
Now I tried Win7 version - it works fine.

Yep, i tested it in batch on the models that did not initially convert and it worked.

Well, I have a request for you. Can you convert the MEDIA/LEVELSETS directory? This directory contains level elements, I would like to try to move this to GUTS(the Torchlight2 editor).

I know I should try your PowerShell script, but your MEGA archive is so convenient. :D

If you are curious, I put some Levelsets models in the Torchlight2 editor(GUTS).

And found this cute prototype Hob character. (LEVELSETS\WIDGETS\PLAYER_STAND_01)

There is still a lot of work to do with levelsets here. I need to make thousands of materials. I don't know if I'll ever end this.
It works anyway, and it's good.

@09williamsad I modified your script(I don't know how to write scripts, so not perfect, but it works :D ) a bit and put this in my OGRE tools archive. Maybe this will help someone convert MDL-files to Torchlight2 meshes directly.

But I found that some fbx 3d models have bugs - some normals are turned in the wrong direction. I think this occurs with subtle fabric-like elements.

What software are you using to preview the animations here? I've been trying to import the .skeleton animations into blender to no avail.
