Doom 3 BFG Edition .Resource

Resource files contain a file table at the end of the archive. A BMS script or unpacker would be fantastic :)

Taken from my own purchased Xbox 360 copy of Doom 3: BFG Edition.

EDIT: The developer's console for the PC version of Doom 3 BFG Edition can extract the resource files from both the PC and Xbox 360 versions of the game. You have to add the following to the command line in the launch option in order to get access to the developer's console:

+seta com_allowconsole 1
Run the game and then press the '~' key to display the console. Type the following into the developer's console to extract the .resources files.

extractResourceFile <resource file> <outpath> <copysound>
The <copysound> isn't necessary to extract the files. The <outpath> is necessary and it will create a folder in the root directory of where the game is installed.

You can unpack them with the included console command "extractResourceFile"

Just type eg: extractResourceFile maps/admin.resources base/maps/admin

What we need is someone to make a "repacker" and to figure out the new ".bimage" texture format!
