I'm seeing a lot of costume swapping and nude mods, is this all being done on 360 or has anyone had success on PS3 too? I assume extracting the models is possible on both consoles

its not possible on ps3 until someone removes the file check-sum for the models.

Now how do I get the model skeleton? There is a script from this topic

on which file do I use this script on?

I downloaded the script and placed in the python folder in noesis and opened the TMC file and extracted to and FBX format but Im not getting the bones.

If I remember correctly, the chroxx's script will not support the bones (at this moment).
But I believe that it is someday implemented by him.
(or search "TMC Praser")

I started yesterday... today running some renders while trying to fix some eyelashes textures...

DOA5 scripts don't work on DOA5U files.

also need the latest DOA5_360 python script, the version I found kept throwing script errors

p.s. I used the simple DOA5 unpacker v44 if that means anything

UPDATE: I'm such a doofus, I've been working on the DOA5Unlimited files... so I guess I need the Ultimate Folder tools below posted on this site, if you please ! ...note to self: caffeine is not equal to sleep...
