extracting Unreal engine 4 DAT files

I extracted pak files of an unreal engine 4 game and found a bunch of dat files
I tried to extract the dat files but failed to do it
it woud be great help if someone can help me to extract it
Here is a sample of dat file

Yeah, I have checked your sample, but I don't know how to help you with this, sorry.
What game is it from? What are you planning to do with this after extraction? What data should it contain?
Also, what script or tool did you use to get that sample?
