hi all i use RavioliGameTools_v2.8 unpack most games it best most files if big files take bit time i do bnk,dirt, grid, hope this helps. as well use Extractor.exe as well GameExtractor.exe, i use RavioliGameTools on the farcry5_english.dat gave me all wwise sound files 64411 try do mp3 but i try ogg or wav next.

Not sure if this will help anyone but I've worked out which characters are what in the files. Not all of them but a few. So on top of Jacob, Faith, John and Joseph which were mentioned in an earlier post these are theirs and the ones that I worked out.

I'm sorry for resurrecting this old thread.

I was able to extract the geometry and import it into Blender thanks to @volfin's script. I also converted a lot of xbt files into dds but I can't figure how to see the textured file in Blender.. I mean, how can I check which textures is connected to e.g. "barn_floor_01"?

Edit: maybe I'm missing something because 90% of textures are just 128 or 64..

I unpacked the resources, but some of the textures are broken. For example, the texture veh_gen_car_light_d from graphics\vehicles\land\heavy\veh_semi_classic in XnView:

How to fix it?

Dude, your example is fine. There's no problem with the texture map.
What program do you open dds files? I am using "IntelTextureWorks_1.0.4" for photoshop.

Nvidia plugin is not very good

Use "Intel® Texture Works Plugin for Photoshop"
Or you can try use Noesis

I generally use noesis to convert FC5 textures as well, so I definitely suggest that if you don't want to use the other suggested software
