been looking to get all the audio music files. i hope theirs a way to extract them :/

Did you test the video files you were able to extract? I can't pull anything useful with Dragon Unpacker. I'm wanting to get my hands on the source video files of the loading screens for the different regions.

Here unpacker. Some files have different compression and are not supported for now

cool so I need the .fat files to read the .dat files? to bad HTTP and HTML are my majors. I wish I got into this language as well. I just want all the music files out of here though I want to compile them all. I did that with far cry 4.

Hmm the program crashed as it was loading the files. Used it on far cry 5.dat/fat

Ahh nvm, i just moved it out of program files and it worked. :D

archive was farcry5.fat/dat

Also wem files are still compressed. Hopoefullyt hat can be figured out. :)

Hello; SunBeam from FRF here :) Can confirm the unpacker crashes at some point, after passing ~160.000 records in data_final\pc\worlds\farcry5.dat. My interest here are the Lua files, which can easily be decompiled (LuaQ) after the actual LuaQ block's been extracted out of the LUAC wrapper :)

Note that the Lua files in common.dat are extracted correctly. Same goes with those in patch.dat, they were extracted properly and can be decompiled:

So I doubt there's a different compression algo in farcry5.dat. Might have to do with the iterator/read cursor/index.
