Resident Evil 4 UHD *.MDT Editor

Hello I extracted *.udas with udas tool, After extract, there are so many file with many extension, and there are *.MDT file.

I founded that tool: MDT Editor https://disk.yandex.ru/public/?hash=h3X ... tHOmpsc%3D
But it only works with Re4 2007. Can you help me create a tool unpack and repack *.mdt file? Thanks for any help!
