Does it have the full shader source code? I remember a number of years back Unreal 3 code was leaked, but it wasn't that great... missing lots of stuff. For $19, the subscription is tempting to say the least. Didn't Unreal 2 or 3 cost like several hundred thousand dollars to license?

They offer full source code UE4.
