Tiberian Sun *.mix files are encrypted using a Blowfish algorithm. You can find some specs on the net for the format. However, because of this encryption, MultiEx Commander can't open these files.

Hopefully there are some custom programs out there that will do what you want.

There is already a program (or two) that can do this....

RAMixer....

and... XCC Mixer
