hey guys im trying to find out how to open this file i can find anything on the hex editor ( i mean i cant find any headers)
and i just wanted to know if anyone can find anything in it im trying to find where the location on the names of the skins

cant dig deeper without knowin what system it originated

this is from the xbox 360 version right from the arcade package
the version im not sure about i would have to guess the first version for the 360 since the only way to update it is a title update
