Like I said in the ORC thread the old ssg script could produce corrupt data. Go get the new script and reextract with that.

I compared my and your files and I did find what was the diference.
My files are from the PC game, yours from XBOX. The XBOX file has an XPR2 container, it is not a problem, but I don't know how can I extract the bitmap datas correctly.

Some of the files with XPR extensions in the 360 version are really XPR2 files and others aren't XPR files at all, they're just raw DXT data and the actual image info seems to be in the material file(s) that reference them. On 360 most texture data is tiled ...
