new version of unxwb just released, now it even work with the gui (double-click on unxwb.exe) making the extraction job easier:

you must cut them for the upload, you can use even a hex editor if for you is more confortable

if the RIC files contain only graphic data you could find more convenient to move the request in the Graphic File Format section:
viewforum.php?f=18

in my opinion they contain raw graphic data so not a package/container
