Re: [HELP] QuickBMS - Reinjection
depends by the script because some scripts don't support reinjection (like mk9.bms)

Re: *.gcg in Zodiac online
maybe it's not a classical archive (no file information table or maybe obfuscated).
if you open it with notepad++ you can see it's 99% text

Re: Def Jam Vendetta .BIN file
the executable doesn't contain names and although I have found some references to some file sizes there is not a classical file information table. that's what I meant with no results. anyway I had some free time and so I made an experiment and the following is the result: # Def Jam Vendetta (lame du...

Re: Test Drive 2002 .XDT
I don't understand, what's the exact problem you have during the repacking?
obviously (I guess it was clear) the example in that post used the crysis script but you must use the script for your specific game... that's why it's an example

Re: quickbms repack\rebuild
usually a repacker is a boring job for various reasons included the fact that it takes time.
for example I can write an extracting script for quickbms in some seconds but if I should create a repacker for the same format it could take me hours.
that's why I don't make repackers.

Re: *.gcg in Zodiac online
the problem is that the script has not been made for that file.
the script unpacks the files with a '_' at the end of their extension while you have a gcg file there (and no I don't know what is that file)

probably it checks a crc or something similar, in that case you can't use the quickbms reimporting solution

Re: Aes ctr mode
I prefer the native implementation in quickbms instead of a bms script work-around.
at the moment I don't have idea how to implement this easily for all the algorithms not supported by the confortable EVP method, anyway it's in my TODO list for the next version.

quickbms can reimport the modified files back in the archives:
