it works from the command-line:
create c:\output_folder and then:
pyroblazerext.exe c:\file.dat c:\output_folder

oh yeah sorry, it's the C compiler that breaks all the compatibility with the patch I apply to kzip.exe so I have opted for a precompiled patch.
try version 0.5.6c and sorry again for the troubles, I tried to solve the problem as fast as possible

isn't this the same format used by the other yuke bpe formats?

have you checked this script for quickbms?

I guess it uses a substitution of the charset or similar because there are no sequences of same byte (like 00 00 00), only the compressed and uncompressed size and the data are in plain-text.
I suggest you to use offzip -a -z -15 for doing the job in the meantime

solved in 0.5.6a, in short I wanted to force quickbms to use it only in reimport mode.
I forgot that instead it can be very useful also for stand-alone compressions.

uhmmm it looks like k2mp is a generic container but then the archived files have their formats and some of them are just like archives. an example is "TBSx" which contains the dds. in my opinion it's better to go with a generic ripper. anyway the following is a script for takeing the archi...

no encryption or compression otherwise you wouldn't be able to see the various 32bit numbers in the file (sequences of zeroes and so on)
