it's for sure not a block cipher algorithm due to the lack of alignment and for stormgame.ini that doesn't show the same 8/16 bytes blocks, for example they vary each 2 bytes (in a block cipher the blocks are identical or completely different, not half).
I don't have other ideas

I have seen that post in which you say that the game files of tdu2 can be decrypted with tdudec, correct?
so only the savegames can't be decrypted yet?

as written here the code and the keys are the same but even after trying various combinations the result is incorrect.
I don't have the game so I have made a simple analysis of the executable but still nothing good

this is a xma file, it's strange that it gets extracted as wma.

I have identified it by watching the RIFF header, the codec 0x02 is microsoft adpcm.
but even without the file I could have guessed it was msadpcm because I have already had problems with it when in use in xwb files :)

it's normal with microsoft adpcm and ima adpcm because only some programs like mplayer and vlc handles them correctly
