I checked files and now I see what's the difference.
Everything related to vertex and index buffer is different.
Also I noticed that .msh texture files are used instead of .fsh
Maybe I will add a support for PSP in future, but right now I don't have enough time.

The tool is not able to work with such files. There are differences in PSP format version.

You can upload files if you want (mega/mediafire/dropbox; any other I won't be able to download).
But there might be a difference between PC and PSP file format.
There are big differences between PC and XBOX/PS2 (Def Jam FFNY) files.

Doesn't work on most of tested files (Unsupported compression: type 0x0000000d).
Can you please add skinning (blendindices/blendweights)?
