Re: Extracting 3D data from PSX games using NO$PSX
Thomas, I was wondering if you ever managed to complete the extraction? I am admittedly a complete noob at all of this but I too am trying to pull the 3d models from the game. Best I can tell, it appears that all the cars in the game of the same type use the same model. So the rookie cars are 1 mod...

Re: Extracting 3D data from PSX games using NO$PSX

Textures: https://youtu.be/iHlJ3qO4lys This only works for PCSX2 0.9.8, and it only works about half the time. Also, the resulting rip is distorted....

Extracting 3D data from PSX games using NO$PSX
I am trying to extract 3D data from a PlayStation game, NASCAR Rumble, so far to no avail. Any 3D ripping software, such as 3D Ripper DX or NinjaRipper would be useless as the PlayStation doesn't support Z-buffer, so all captures would be just flat graphics (although they are useful for extracting t...

Re: Has anyone tried extracting 3D models from NASCAR Revolution/SE/2000?
You people are life-savers and I cannot thank you enough! I used the Noesis plugin and I was able to rip models from Revolution, 2000, and Andretti Racing. Results are attached below. Top left: Ford Taurus model from NASCAR Revlution SE Top Right: Pontiac Grand Prix model from NASCAR 2000 Bottom Lef...

Has anyone tried extracting 3D models from NASCAR Revolution/SE/2000?
Has anyone tried to extract the 3D data from an old EA Sports game called NASCAR Revolution, SE, or 2000? Looking at the install directory, there is a sub-directory that seems to contain the 3D data for the cars in the game, in the form of .OBJ files. However, when trying to view them in Notepad++, ...
