Ok, here's my program that should do the trick. Unzip the attached files into the same folder as jetters.samp. Open a command prompt and run bj_samp.exe - as usual, it should be self-explanatory.

Re: Working On English Voices for Bomberman Jetters (GC)
It was easier than I thought!
If you rename all of the files so that there's an underscore before the "lr" in the filename, they should all play correctly in Foobar with vgmstream.

Re: Working On English Voices for Bomberman Jetters (GC)
I've just had a look at these. They are stereo DSP files, although vgmstream doesn't seem to detect them correctly, so you get some that don't sound right when played. I suspect Audacity is also opening them incorrectly. It should be simple enough to do something with these - I'll have a think :-) M...

Re: Mechassault 1 and 2 Extracted Audio Problems
I can help you extract the voices and music from Mechassault 1. Watto's Game Extractor doesn't seem to extract these audio files correctly at all, but luckily the d1Bank archives are not too complicated to work out the format of. My attached program will extract the raw audio files from a .d1Bank ar...

Re: Trying To Rip Voice Clips from Bomberman Generation (GC)
Thanks, Pingu. It's always good doing stuff like this, so if there's any other projects to work on, I'll be happy to help if I can.

Re: Trying To Rip Voice Clips from Bomberman Generation (GC)
The battle mode voices are in the file btl.seb in the battle folder.
That should be everything

Re: Trying To Rip Voice Clips from Bomberman Generation (GC)
No bother - just double-click the convert.bat file, not the program directly. That will extract all the .seb files from the MDTs in one go.

Re: Trying To Rip Voice Clips from Bomberman Generation (GC)
I've just discovered that the offset 0xB4 in the MDT archive contains the location of the .seb file. This value is zero if there isn't a .seb file present. If you use the attached prog to extract .seb files from the MDTs, you should then be able to extract all the voices using Pingu's earlier method...

Re: Trying To Rip Voice Clips from Bomberman Generation (GC)
I have now extracted all of the voice files from the MDT archives, and all the dialogue seems to be there. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to attach the .seb files here that are contained within the MDT files - but all you need to do is find them within the MDT files and use the same procedure to conver...

Re: Trying To Rip Voice Clips from Bomberman Generation (GC)
Just an update: I have discovered that the MDT files do in fact contain voice samples, contrary to my initial assumption. The normal .seb files seem to be just sound effects. The MDT files contain various file types, but there is definitely a .seb file structure within each one - I've managed to ext...

Re: Trying To Rip Voice Clips from Bomberman Generation (GC)
Also what I've worked out in combination with yours: 0x04 - size of file (maybe used for calculating the size of the final entry in table 3, as it doesn't seem to store file lengths) 0x0A - number of entries in table 1 0x0C - offset to 'table 1' (8 bytes per entry) 0x10 - offset to 'table 2' (first ...

Re: Trying To Rip Voice Clips from Bomberman Generation (GC)
I'm not sure if the .mdt files contain any audio. As far as I can tell, the .seb files are the ones that contain the voices. I've tried experimenting with various GENH audio formats, but can only get very crackly and barely audible voices at best. I can't find the correct audio format for these file...
