Resident Evil: Outbreak room meshes (.nbd)

I'm trying to extract the room meshes from RE Outbreak using NBDX-win for a Source-related project I'm working on. The meshes export fine, but each piece or element of the room is collapsed into the origin of the mesh, so my imported meshes look like this: http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m13/_kou...

Well, I tried compiling vlad's stuff myself and it ended up being a complete waste of time since it just plain doesn't work, both programs throw errors in my face when I try to run them. Doesn't help that I don't know what the hell I'm doing, but the error is something about an index array being out...

Is there a general reason why a game would fail to produce a rip or otherwise fail to hook? I'm trying to rip from Dark Souls, but as I said earlier in the thread using the default Intruder DLL doesn't work (it doesn't hook or something apparently, neither key works) and using the D3D9 wrapper only ...

I have the same issue with Dark Souls. If running with the default method (intruder) neither key is functional. (no textures, no rips) If running with DX9 method, it works, but only textures are able to be captured, trying to rip meshes results in a slight pause, but no rip is produced. It guess it ...

Does anyone have a compiled version of https://code.google.com/p/dkstools/? I'm trying out finale00's Noesis script right now but it doesn't seem to do bones and I'm wondering if vlad's tools do.

Well, I managed to download it, but thanks anyways.

Is there anyway to fix the loose vertexes without using vertex weld and loosing the model's smoothing?

Also, any plans to support Lost Planet 2 when it comes out in a couple of days?
