Did you find a solution to this?
In my case I'm trying to export a model with multiple sub meshes but the export only ever contains a single model.
I found the -modelindex # paramter, which works but you can't chain multiple together, so still, only the first specified model.

This tool seems to work perfectly (on the patch file at least): https://github.com/kotcrab/fate-explorer/releases The game doesnt't natively prioritize unpacked files over the packed ones, need to unmount the archive so to speak (aka delete it or move it out of directory), then just place the unpack...

Is this some sort of prank? You bumped your thread twice in under two hours... there’s a script for model importing MHXR found in this very forum and a decryption and unpacking tool for the arc files is also available publicly on the internet... do some research

Speaking of MHW, it seems the PS4 swizzling for the PS4 textures of the game (there are a bunch that aren't in PC version, hence my research) doesn't seem to work. Offset, size, format should be correct I think.
