FBMOD is a Frosty Tool Suite mod file.
You technically aren't meant to extract these but...
The format changed with the 1.0.5 release of Frosty.

I suspect .SMM files found in Rogue Squadron 2's data are models. Nothing much more i can say at the moment. Hi! recently ive been trying to rip models from as the title implies, Rogue Squadron 2. A Gamecube Star Wars title by Factor 5. Does this tool support DXGI ASTC compression? i've been trying to convert some textures from Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle recently but have had no luck. Yeah i just checked with some actual ASTC textures from Super Mario Odyssey.
Noesis can't open them.
Probably gets tripped up by it being a DDS in the case of M+R.
