Re: making keyframed animations in Noesis
I hadn't seen this post, but since I already replied to your PM about it, I guess you understand now. But yeah, typically if you have non-linear keyframe data, you'll have an explicit time somewhere in the data. Otherwise, if you have a linear series of keyframes, time is just going to be frameInter...

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis
It's easy to demonstrate there's no problem with Noesis FBX import/export by running a UV'd cube through FBX import and export, and observing that the UV's remain fully intact. Your problem is your source data or the importer for your particular game.

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis
My life exploded horribly at the end of March, so this stuff's all been on hold. Still hoping to wrap up the new Universal Debugger (which is an any-CPU any-architecture debugging client and protocol with a few host implementations to start) which is what's holding up this build. Rendering changes/a...

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis
Went back and fixed up FO4 this evening (bitangent in w components was obvious, jonwd is such a tool), and added an option to use PBR materials: http://www.richwhitehouse.com/pubimg/fo4_ufo.png Currently making assumptions about roughness (rather glossiness) and metal, since I haven't touched the ma...

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis
It is off by default - you have a script installed where someone left the noesis.logPopup() call in.

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis
MrAdults, thanks for your great progress. I have one request though I mentioned some years ago. If you could make this tree view and othe windows a switchable Noesis could became a simple viewer. Gosh it would be so great. Right now all this available Noesis windows just loads for so long and not q...

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis

Support for various PBR materials, post effects, and a slight rendering overhaul. Coming soonish with a universal CPU disassembler/debugger and a bunch of other crap I've been chipping away at for months.

Re: XeNTaX YouTube vids
That brings back memories. I mostly used DEU, and later WinDEU. I saved all my levels to 3.5" floppies back then, but they're long-lost after many moving trucks, along with most source code and maps for my early Duke3D/Quake/Half-Life mods.

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis
Exports happen on another thread, so if Havok is pissy about stuff happening on anything other than the thread that created a given world/context and you're doing initialization outside of your handler (or persisting any data across invocations of your handler), that could do it. Best to do all of y...

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis
There's no good reason for Havok calls inside Noesis to crash. It could be that Havok is trying to try-catch an actual access violation and Noesis gets upset about that, but that would be pretty wretched of Havok. I know there are also all kinds of problems with Havok throwing floating point excepti...

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis
Default struct alignment doesn't matter, since there are pragmas around any shared structures that need alignment to be consistent. So that's not your problem. As I can see in your crash report, the crash is in your code, and not Noesis: 0x0fa011fa (<unknown>@0x00000000, offset 0x11fa) - D:\Download...

sometimes, I had to pay attention at Models Resource, because there they do something you don't Well, now, that simply isn't true. Noesis has even had support for a certain Vita game for about a year now. ;) I was interested of sending TO YOU... Models of TORIKO GOURMET SURVIVAL for PSP. And you kn...

Re: [PSP] Conception Model File Help! (.psp.org/.giz)
Ah, the ever-present quest to obtain more low-poly models of anime girls through tedious binary observation. Life is too short, gentlemen. Too short.

Re: Find help with nif files from Fantasy Frontier Online
You should provide 20.3.1.1 files that do load for reference. Oh look, jonwd7. I wonder how quickly NifSkope would happen to support 20.3.1.1 immediately following Noesis, after failing to do so for this long. you mean I should upload more 20.3.1.1 nif files?(sorry my ENGLISH is poor :( ...) Yes, p...
