Woah! This is most awsome! O_O

So the character animations have no palette data. That is most strange. But I'll try my part on that. I guess it would be stored in a seperate file? But anyways, I really like what you've been able to do! Thanks!

Darn. I'm afraid not. Though trying the same from sounds of the same game, they work. So somthing is going on here.

So this would create a WAV very similar to the WAV example given? And I know about saving a WAV in MPEG-3 format. But creating one that fits the criteria of the example WAV is the problem I'm facing. As with everything I try the game does not read the ones I make even if I can make them MPEG-3 with ...

WWE Raw (PC)'s not-exactly-normal WAVs

After a while of piddling with this game I've realised a few things. This among them. At first glance all WAVs appear normal, play normal, etc. Normal are they? No palette data? So the palette data would possibly be in a seperate file?

Well the idea was to be able to extract and view them. I never really could understand the Sega Saturn way of handling graphics. I do have tools that are supposed to convert them, but where would those palettes be?

You are correct, they are 8 bit color graphics. And they are character animations. Your right on the money there. But is there a problem?
