You've talked about .prop files and I can see there is one file of that type inside it. The only .prop files related with the rewind menu that I found are those:
But how can I open them? I don't find anything about it on Internet.

Yeah, I've already look indise that file but the sentences located below the photos are not in there. I've searched them in Notepad with command + F.

SOLVED!!!!! For those who had or will have this problem. To avoid the annoying double text-height, you have to follow this steps: 1. Extract your .landb with Telltale Extractor. That didn't work. TTG modify the file in some way causing the double text-height.

Done. I have some .landb files. But now, how can I modify them without using TTG? Because in order to modify them, I need them to be text files.

I've tried it but it didn't work. I've downloaded version 1.2.1.
The problem is you can extract the .text file from .landb with Telltale Explorer,
but you have to use TTG to encrypt the modified text into a landb again.
And I can't directly change the text from Telltale Explorer neither.
