okey technicly not working. Hkx-files empty. i can get the models with correct skeleton but no anim when open hkx-files. Hey, I seem to be having problems with extracting the textures, I'm dragging the tpf files onto the extractor but it doesn't produce any output. the models are extracting just fine Are you sure you're using Bloodborne_texture.exe for that? Also where does one get the textures for environments?
For instance in the m21 folder there are .tpf files, but they're only like 200kb. But there are also .tpfbdt files which are 60-100mb. How do I extract those? Or do I not need them? Where are the texures then for the environment models?

So if I use the /r switch, the bones are reparented as they should be, but they will all be moved to the root location. What I did is: extract the skeleton and model with the /r switch.
