Any chance you still happen to have the source code for this program? I would like to try adding support for the Xbox version of Yager. Seems your tool is not compatible with the YRF archives from it.

Textures from TEXD\ seem to convert fine but all the textures in the TEXT\ folder have issues still. They all still start with the BTDX header for me and BAE can extract all of them fine. I have version 0.9.0.15 of the game which is the latest at the moment.
