Unfortunately this is a very common problem. I have the same problem with me. Unfortunately, I don't think it's a cure. We're just unlucky.
The only way you can see this way is by exporting models.

But I didn't say that all video games were encrypted. (At least not yet.)
In the past, some unencrypted video games are now protected with a password. https://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1005 I can give a lot of examples to this topic.
Even in every update these passwords are changed.

Thanks, I located that one in the forge file but when I view or export it, the result is just corruption/garbage. Any idea why? Actually it works better than I thought. Which DRM file, which mesh file? In fact, all models have this problem. But the model I'm showing you as an example above is "paperdoll_piece_tr11_lara_child_torso.drm" . The same bone of a different model. (This problem is not only a problem with this bone. There's this problem with all the mesh.)

Noesis does not have a bone weight limit. Yeah, I'm sure the problem is not with Noesis. I think the source of the problem is in "fmt_TR11_mesh_1_2.py". I have no experience doing this sort of thing, but I'm trying to extract textures from the Ezio Collection on PS4. I have the forge files and can open them, but I can't seem to find textures, only diffuse/specular/normal maps. Or maybe I have found them, but they don't show anything in the ARchive_...

Noesis importer is also a big problem. I think there's four bone boundaries. So a vetex is supported up to 4 bones. And this also causes Bone-weight errors.
