I don't think this, particular bms script could be edited in the way you want. I made some edits inside this script and extracted TableBin.sfc along with other important .sfc archives, but unfortunately there's no actual names in .sfc arhives, only hashes. I think the skeleton file is Data\Actors\HS_FPP\HS_FPP_Skel.qss

Yup, it's most-likely skeleton file! With that one and model file it's possible to import rigged models. There's a mmo game Ring of Elysium, almost same thing as Moonlight Blade mmo, here's script for model import, no bones and weights just geometry and uv's. I think, there should be a separate, smaller file for bones/skeleton somewhere. Don't have the game and files, so can't check this xD Here it is...
