Bug Fixed:
Simplify the entry name code part. Since the second name string table in those large archives do not refer to each entry at all, now the folder is named after the loop order only.

Havn't looked at your samples but should know that the .wad file is just a zip file with different extension
so you can unzip it directly after changing the extension to .zip. Yet the .zzz file contains nothing but a bunch of null bytes.
