Re: Honkai Impact 3rd archive encryption

Can't help with the encryption but you can use this BMS script to unpack the unity3d assets from the wmf container.
wmfUnpack.zip
Pick the "Blocks.xmf" file or anything as input as the script'll open it automatically. Just make sure the wmv files reside in the same path.

Re: What's the best freeware hex editor for examining models?

Maybe it's another "hexedit"? Mine has just basic features. Its extended name is "MiTec Hexadecimal editor". It appears so. The one I was talking about was developed by Andrew Phillips but sadly its official site was down long time ago. This is the only download that I could retrieve from its Googl...

Re: What's the best freeware hex editor for examining models?

Well, I havn't tried as many as you did, coz I found the one that do just fine after, say 2 attempts. :D I have tried WinHex, which's not convenient enough for me. Also checked FlexHex and Hexinator since you mentioned. My opinion, they're all too old-school and I'm hardly comfortable with their UIs...

I tried 2 dozens of them ans still I can't find the right one for our purposes
Why don't you list those you've tried so people can see what options you have left?

Anyone using v1.5.0 should update to this version immediately.

Re: Ridge Racer Slipstream [*.OCX]

I see no "OCX" but only "scx" files, which however are of the same container format as the pvr and the xml files. These scx files obviously contain geometry data:

Though pvrs are indeed pvrs.

Re: How to get rid of seams visible on terrain mesh?

Here is my code for reference: ... Since in the source game the terrain doesn't have seems so I'm guessing it's not the UV/texture and normals. Most like an issue with how I generated the faces. But I just can't figure it out. It'd be easier if you just attach the code instead of an image. Y...

The patch archive I have is about 1.48gb obb file. I guess that's my problem, either it's incomplete or I just can't open it.
You get to unpack it with the BMS script to reach 3.55 GB. Still, it didn't explain how you generate 30 GB of data.

Re: Dragon Raja Mesh Importor & Texture Convertor

Is it normal that the extracted folder is over 30gb? It seems a bit excessive, considering the game is about 4gb. I don't know how you did it, but the total size of all the unpacked data is 11.5 GB or so, including 3.55 GB for the patch obb archive, and 7.96 GB for the two iguf packages. Tested on ...
