@ngovandang - You could use Noesis to export the models using fmt_Black_Desert_pab.py plugin. First you need to compile the models in the 1_pc folder. Thanks for the script Tosyk much appreciated, does this rely on a certain version of 3dsmax? I have Max 2015 and all the scene/level/object files I have tried failed.

The FemaleNPC skeleton works with the female NPC - TORSO, LEGS & SHOES whilst the ADRIANA skeleton doesn't, that only functions for the HEAD. Having problems converting all the textures needed when using ctex_all.bat.

Is there a Blender or Max script that will import .primitives .visual and .model files?
I can view the .primitives within 3D Object converter but would be great to combine the skeleton/weights if thats possible?
