thats good news i guess, but i'm still stuck behind 3dmax8, i wonder if this 3dmax9 compatibility will accidentally make the script work in 3dmax8

silver, i couldn't find zlib headers from the DR arc files. how did you decompress them? did you create a tool. I've been trying to get them decompressed for awhile.

wow, fatduck, your really good at this stuff. :mrgreen: have you taken a look into any xbox360 model files, they primarily use triangle strips.
