as for file listings, its true there doesnt appear to be any in the ELF/EBOOT

I'm not sure what editor your using, but these are not questions that should be asked here. you should find the author site of your 3d editor, and ask those types of questions there. anyway here's what you requested, please post any 3D editing questions else where. this is for 3d file reverse engine...

Milkshape SUCKs.... its an over glorified model viewer, with limited editing functions. these functions arent even decent enough to call MS3D a 3D editor. K, fixed up my old script for the human head demo, so that it would import from the other NMBs. this time instead of grabbing the text names in the NMB, I scaned for the ID tags for each section. not sure whats going on exactly, I think that converter you have injects a DDS into an XPR, then runs it through the xbox360 sdk tool, or runs it through the same algo that the sdk tool would. i tossed the raw (BNS0375) into a huge 1024x1024 DXT1 texture, and saw "unswizzled" textures http...
