no the positions in the image are multiplied by the 4th float. I took [X,Y,Z]*W to get the X,Y,Z of each position. of course anything multiplied by zero equals zero, thus why the head is in the center. because the 4th float must not be a multiplier as I preivously thought here is an image without us...

I just put the mesh objects together, and copied the coordinates from 3dsmax. from objects like the left and right hand, the distance between the two should have been relative to the positions in the file. however there not.
