However, the model converter doesn't work well. It's lacks Texture UV's/Coordinates and has some flipped normals. Not having UV's means textures won't work on models...

Yeah, there was, but the author gave up on it I think due to the changing codes with each update...not sure if it still works or upto which update it works.

Ooops, my mistake, didn't download the latest version.
Yes, the latest script does extract the textures from Balrog, but I tried a few other models and no go. It says "0 files found".
The old script does work however for these models, but not the Balrog.

Hey, thanks for the new script. I tried it, but here is what happens: Models that have only 1 .dds texture = no extract Models that have more than 1 .dds texture = extract only first texture. Yep, thats the game, corrected it, been a M&M fan myself for a while.

Also, another thing. Geometry ripping with GA and 3DR during gameplay is no go. For some reason, during combat the rippers freeze, but work normally with the 'world' models.

Update: The game engine is pretty flexible. Deleting the Animation.kfs file disables all the animations, putting the models in T-Pose. However, any specific game action like NPC interaction freeze's it up.
So geometry capturing with GA or 3DR is possible.
