Some of these files appear to be a PNG image container.
PNG_bms.zip
If you use this .bms script with Quickbms, you will be able to extract the images.

There is a maxscript for 3dsMax written by sleepyzay for the Ratchet and Clank PS4 game, apparently it works with these files:

Faces are triangles and start at 0x9C0.
UVs are Half-Float

Try to use paktool, you can find it at this link. The file will be extracted to a folder at the root of the disk.

The model needs to have an edition to look good. To see the UVs you have to put HalfFloat - HF.
