Have you been using the recent WIP script for those? Looks like I've already fixed those issues. :P (The UV mapping problems in particular with the first TWD season were definitely because they used a different type, but the script should support those now.) Have you tried it with Doug from Episode 1 of Season 1? There's inverted faces for the irises, and I have the "Backface Cull on Object Creation" option enabled. I think I've always had that enabled but I'm fairly certain now that the problem is with the latest version of the xna converter script. The oldest version doesnt like the new models, ...

I decided to have a look at some other TWD Michonne models to see if their eyes are the same and found this on the Alex model.
