here is a Noesis python script to open all of your dds.phyre samples except the cubemap image (reflection3.dds.phyre) :D tex_FinalFantasyXHD_PC_phyre.zip supports dxt1, dxt5, bgra8 the cubemap image has something else going on and needs more time to research but you can decode it with TextureFinder ...
