the "fix" comes when you guys that have the game find the files that store the header info for the mesh and texture files so they can be read properly. your sample has submeshes but can't be read in a single array because the indices run together, i could cobble up something to attempt loc...

this Noesis python script will open your tga.ckd samples
this script will conflict with other ckd scripts so you will have to
move them out of python folder temporarily while using this one.
all the others are text files except wav.ckd but audio is not my area.

I have absolutely no idea for the textures. I put some random files that aren't related to model/skeleton in the "other" folder. They might be the textures but I am not sure. yeah they're textures, but they have some light encryption i think, at least in the 128 byte header. unfortunately...
