Sure, test the attached program. Usage via the command line: TEX2TGA *.tex or similar ... Im not sure about the alpha channel, though. i tried to convert TEX to BMP, i have test some possibility and soft, but i think this is a variant ...

in fact the .pdml is an archive too .. we could unpack it with the unpacker too

great news ... but i think the .pmdl is a compliation of .msh files by this way .. right ??
how extract .msh files from this .pmdl file ?? could i read directly the .pmdl file with one importer ???
