Scrapland SM3 format?
Has anyone ever created a converter for Scrapland models? I know it's an older game, but it has surprisingly nice meshes and large textures (1024x1024). I think it's Quake 3 engine based, but I can't tell if the sm3 meshes are a derivative of the MD3 format. Here is a link to some meshes if anyone t...

Re: nvidia model help?
My bad, I wasn't paying attention  ...I was looking at the Dawn model though. I think there are way too many triangles on that mesh for you to use in UT3 or any other game with current technology. I think it uses over 100000 tris. The largest modded Oblivion female bodies have around 23000 tri...

There is a link in this thread to a program that converts Dawn into wavefront .obj format.

Re: Breaking hashes?
Warhammer Online hash v1.6 released June 28 for the Warhammer 1.30 update at http://code.google.com/p/easymyp/downloads/list
With this new hash file you can extract about 400mb of new models/texures from the Land of the Dead update.
Has anyone made any progress on the .geom files?

Re: List of games that you can extract 3d models from !
Does anyone know how to extract models from Return to Castle Wolfenstein? So far I've only extracted from F.E.A.R. and S.T.A.L.K.E.R., but I really want to know how to extract from Castle Wolfenstein. It's been a long time since I played around with these files, but there is a MDC importer/exporter...

Re: ZerA Online
Thanks everyone for the help. I did a search for Zera, object.nar, and char.nar on filefront with no luck. Does anyone have the specific link to those files?

Re: ZerA Online
Hi folks, sorry to be a newb about this but I wasn't able to find the archive extractor at that link. Is it still there? Also, when I use the Zera Launcher that chrrox posted, I get a "host has failed to respond" error. Does the launcher still work for you? If not, are you willling to share the arch...

Re: [PC] Devil May Cry 4
This is fantastic news, although I'm sorry to hear about your virus. Personally, I use 3dsmax 7, but I would appreciate a mod to .obj converter! Will your tools retain all of the texture mapping info? (.mtl files?)

Re: Model Format
Hi there! I got my hands lately on a DMC4 ARC extractor called RPGViewer and I have to tell that the file formats are almost identical to those used by the Lostplanet, it was very easy to figure out the file formats (some of them hehehe) given that I already made numerous programs to export Lostpla...
