Re: Dark Souls FLV file

DSExplore is intended only to "explore" (hence the name) the Dark Souls archives, not to allow importing. I'm working on cleaning up the DSMODT code so I can make a "viewer only" release of it, and then I'll continue my work of implementing the ability to save out custom Dark Souls Archives (it's p...

Casltevania Lords of Shadow 2 Demo

Thanks to Ekey for the Castlevania LOS 2 Demo ".packed" archive script . The textures are just plain old .dds files. The models have been changed somewhat from Castlevania LOS format. Here is a link to some of the .msh files from the characters and levels. Support in Noesis would be unbelievably coo...

Re: Dark Souls 360 / PS3

My repo now has 100% completion on file names for PC version. Is there a compiled unpacker available at your repo as well? I don't completely know how to compile from repos, but would try my luck with unpacking the .bnd archives. :) Rick's tools are brilliant, but you might want to check out nyxo's...

Re: Dark Souls FLV file

Thanks nyxo, DSExplore works great! I'm looking forward to the release of DSMODT. In the meantime, I figured out a lame workaround for the textures since I couldn't get chrrox's script to run, but I have an issue: Does anyone know if there is a way to look at different UV channels in Noesis? I think...

Re: Dark Souls 360 / PS3

Here is a texture viewer for the tpf files in noesis. having some trouble with a ps3 version tpf.. I can provide an example tpf http://i.imgur.com/aeZWM.jpg I get the same error for almost all textures. I'm using the PC version so I guess that makes sense. However I found that if I open the texture...

Castlevania: LOS – Mirror of Fate HD .bctex textures

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD bctex textures Thanks to Ekey, .pkg files can be extracted which contain textures with .bctex extension: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=11080 I am interested in bctex conversion to .dds or .tga, or whatever. Per forum rules, please PM me...

Castlevania: LOS – Mirror of Fate HD .bcmdl models

Thanks to Ekey, MOF .pkg files can be extracted, which contain models with .bcmdl extension: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=11080 I am interested in bcmdl conversion to obj, especially static meshes contained in the pkg archives extracted from the "packs" folder: For example: \maps\lev...

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD

Hi folks, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD is available. PkgView 1.3 works to extract the files from the PS3 archive. WxPirs-1.1 works to extract the files from the XBLA archive, but the XBLA packages are smaller which I am assuming is because the xbox textures are smaller, therefor ...

Yes, I was just curious about these things. Some of the static meshes are pretty nice. Either way this is amazing work so far, :)

Outstanding work!! Have you been looking at static mesh information as well?

Re: Warhammer online extract models/textures

http://code.google.com/p/easymyp/ Static meshes use nif version 20.3.0.9, viewable in Nifskope. Skeletal meshes use some custom format, I didn't see anyone finish any tools for them, which is too bad some of them are nice. edit: oh yeah, I forgot, the textures extract as "dtx" files or something, bu...

Re: Dark Souls FLV file

Compiled versions of his tools http://www.mediafire.com/?dxarranbataxrsa If you want to correctly use these compiled tools, you'll need to grab the projects directory from the repo and drop it in that directory, or Unpack won't know any file names. Thanks Rick, that got it working, great work! Curr...

Re: Dark Souls FLV file

http://svn.gib.me/public/darksouls/trunk/ Not model stuff, but unpacker/unbinders. Also, the texture format has changed from PS3 version to PC. Every texture is now a nice DDS file wrapped in the TPF format. Hi, does anyone have a compiled version of Rick's tools above that they can share? Also, wh...
