It is uncompressed. Just load it up in any sound editor as RAW PCM stereo 16 bit file.

These MC3 files are indeed ADPCM (3-bit). I've written a decoder.

This file is corrupted or it's not FSB file. FMOD doesn't support it.

As I remember, music in magicka2 was not in timpany banks, but in separate files. Those must be big, you can't miss them.

Go to "SFX" folder, and drag the WAD file onto Batman_bnk.exe. You must get many files, one of them called "music".
Then run city.bat in that folder.
