Don't use FBX. Its a crap format and always had scale problems.

Another little update, model rotated 180deg, now it corresponds to the skeleton. Still I don't know the reason why some meshes are scaled 50%, hope its not a big trouble.

Tool successfully converted all 872 skeletal and 409 level files from FFX remaster. There were about 5 very small files containing only cameras, which i hope is not needed. Checking this now. Candy was crashing because she had 3 different color diffuse images instead of 1. Some models have up to 8 variants of diffuse (generic human faces for ex). Umodel must be able to extract all textures from this game, but for some reason it refuses to get most of them. Maybe just needs some options. Anyway, you should be able to get any texture either with umodel or raw extraction tools provided here. If you have troubles finding particular texture, just...
