there's more to it than just a swap. Looks also swizzled. I have no info about wii swizzle.

I could try restoring it if I had both swizzled and non-swizzled image (to compare), but I don't have them.

Wraith Laura tool for EW now supports both EW1 & EW2.

I never had issues reported before this post of yours. All meshes I exported worked good. Including bodies, weapons, etc. But I never tested statics.

All of the threads from either Facepunch or here seem to stop at the megatexture problem, so I really hope you'll get to it in the future! WHAT??? I solved the Megatexture problem months ago.
