Could you contact the developer of Umodel and help him in analyzing the TFC structure of these games? Maybe he can improve his program. ah, you need skeleton for it, because it has BONES
i used the default walrus_humanmale.ebx

NFS Payback tool added to the first post. Also I found an error in SWBF2 model tool , please redownload. just tested it...generates ascii and smd files only for meshset files less than 10 or 12 kb.. it gives error for meshset files of 12kb or larger, like the main chassis in your above screenshot. ...

heres you car and cop. As I said, all games are different, but only a little. If you tell me default human skeleton name, i'll change it, now its walrus_humanmale.ebx as in SWBF2. you better use python script to convert all sounds with proper names automatically
