BF1 must show only 1069 missing chunks. Never use current UFBE with game folder, use only DATA folder. This is for Battlefront 2 and I’m using the data folder. I didn't look into animations, but as for beyond 2 souls textures, they are compressed with JPEG-like algorythm that was introduced by ID-Software in 2006 with source code published. Except a few little tweaks, its just a standard JPEG. Heavy Rain, on the contrary, used usual DDS.
